Optibelt DK is a special double-sided V-belt, designed for power transmission in drives with reverse operation or external tensioning, where the belt contacts both sides. The HCC profile, sometimes also referred to as CC, gives a belt width of 22 mm, while the height is 17 mm. This belt is hexagonal (hexa), which allows it to be used in applications where double-sided engagement is required.

The number 4300 represents the calculated (center) length in millimeters, while the number 165 indicates the internal length in inches, which corresponds to 4280 mm. The outer length of the belt is 4345 mm. The belt is equipped with a central tension member, which ensures even force distribution and high strength under bidirectional loads.

Made of a durable rubber compound and provided with a fabric covering, the belt is protected against abrasion, dust, oil and temperature fluctuations. This design allows for quiet and smooth operation even under high loads and dynamic operating conditions.
