Optibelt DK is a special double-sided V-belt designed for power transmission in drives with reverse operation or external tensioning, where the belt contacts both sides. The HCC profile, sometimes also referred to as CC, determines a belt width of 22 mm, while its height is 17 mm. This belt is of the hexagonal (hexa) type, which means that it is able to transmit power in both directions thanks to its symmetrical design with a central tension member. The calculated (central) length of the belt is 4216 mm, the inner length is 4196 mm and the outer length reaches 4261 mm.

The belt is made of a durable rubber compound and is equipped with a fabric covering that provides protection against abrasion, dust, oils and temperature fluctuations. This design ensures even force distribution and high strength under bidirectional loads, while allowing quiet and smooth operation even under high loads and dynamic operating conditions. The minimum pulley diameter on which the belt can be mounted is 224 mm.

Optibelt DK is ideal for technically demanding applications such as conveyors, return rollers, agricultural and forestry machinery or industrial drives with reverse. Thanks to its robustness, reliability and antistatic properties according to ISO 1813, it is also suitable for demanding operating environments with limited space and requirements for a long service life.
