Optibelt DK is a special double-sided V-belt designed for power transmission in drives with reverse operation or external tensioning, where the belt contacts both sides. This belt is characterized by its symmetrical design with a central bearing of the tension member, which ensures even force distribution and high strength under bidirectional loads.

The belt is made of a durable rubber compound and is equipped with a fabric covering that provides protection against abrasion, dust, oils and temperature fluctuations. The belt design allows for quiet and smooth operation even under high loads and dynamic operating conditions.

The HCC profile, sometimes also referred to as CC, has a width of 22 mm and a height of 17 mm. The calculated (center) length of the belt is 4000 mm, with an inner length of 3980 mm and an outer length of 4045 mm. The minimum pulley diameter on which the belt can be fitted is 224 mm.

Optibelt DK is used in technically demanding applications such as conveyors, return rollers, agricultural and forestry machinery or industrial reversing drives. Thanks to its robustness, reliability and antistatic properties according to ISO 1813, it is also suitable for demanding operating environments with limited space and requirements for a long service life.
