Optibelt DK is a special double-sided V-belt designed for power transmission in drives with reverse operation or external tensioning, where the belt contacts both sides. This hexagonal (hexa) belt with the HCC profile, sometimes also referred to as CC, has a width of 22 mm and a height of 17 mm. The calculated (central) length of the belt is 3765 mm, with an inner length of 3745 mm and an outer length of 3810 mm. The belt is manufactured under the DK trade name by Optibelt.

Thanks to its symmetrical design with a central tension member, it ensures even force distribution and high strength under bidirectional loads. The belt is made of a durable rubber compound and equipped with a textile covering that provides protection against abrasion, dust, oils and temperature fluctuations. This design allows for quiet and smooth operation even under high loads and dynamic operating conditions.

Optibelt DK is designed for technically demanding applications such as conveyors, return rollers, agricultural and forestry machinery or industrial drives with reverse operation. Thanks to its robustness, reliability and antistatic properties according to ISO 1813, it is also suitable for demanding operating environments with limited space and requirements for a long service life. The minimum pulley diameter for this belt is 224 mm.
