Optibelt DK is a special double-sided V-belt designed for power transmission in drives with reverse operation or external tensioning, where the belt contacts both sides. This belt is designed with the HCC profile, sometimes also referred to as CC, which means a belt width of 22 mm and a height of 17 mm. The calculated (central) length of the belt is 3200 mm, with an inner length of 3180 mm and an outer length of 3245 mm. The belt is manufactured under the trade name DK by Optibelt, with its manufacturer's number 1645751.

The symmetrical design of the belt with a central tension member ensures even force distribution and high strength under bidirectional loads. The belt material is made of a durable rubber compound and is equipped with a fabric covering that provides protection against abrasion, dust, oils and temperature fluctuations. This design allows for quiet and smooth operation even under high loads and dynamic operating conditions.

Optibelt DK is ideal for technically demanding applications such as conveyors, return rollers, agricultural and forestry machinery or industrial drives with reverse operation. The minimum pulley diameter for this belt is 224 mm, which allows it to be used in various design solutions.
