Optibelt DK is a special double-sided V-belt designed for power transmission in drives with reverse operation or external tensioning, where the belt contacts both sides. This hexagonal (hexa) belt with the HCC profile, sometimes also referred to as CC, has a width of 22 mm and a height of 17 mm. The calculated (center) length of the belt is 2800 mm, with an inner length of 2780 mm and an outer length of 2845 mm. The belt is made of a durable rubber compound and is equipped with a fabric covering that provides protection against abrasion, dust, oils and temperature fluctuations.

The symmetrical design with a centrally located tension member ensures even force distribution and high strength under bidirectional loads. This design allows the belt to run smoothly and quietly even under high loads and dynamic operating conditions. The minimum pulley diameter on which the belt can be mounted is 224 mm. Optibelt DK is suitable for technically demanding applications such as conveyors, return rollers, agricultural and forestry machinery, or industrial drives with reverse operation.
