Optibelt DK is a special double-sided V-belt designed for power transmission in drives with reverse operation or external tensioning, where the belt contacts both sides. Thanks to its symmetrical design with a centrally located tension member, it ensures even force distribution and high strength under bidirectional loads. The belt is made of a durable rubber compound and equipped with a textile covering that protects against abrasion, dust, oils and temperature fluctuations. The belt design allows for smooth and quiet operation even under high loads and dynamic operation.

The HCC 2280 - CC 86 belt is a double-sided hexagonal (hexa) belt. The HCC profile, sometimes also referred to as CC, determines the belt width, which is 22 mm. The belt height is 17 mm. The number 2280 represents the calculated (center) length in millimeters. The second number in the sequence, 86, is the length in inches and indicates the inner length. Sometimes this number can be partially distorted or rounded. The belt is manufactured by Optibelt under the trade name DK.

Optibelt DK is used in technically demanding applications such as conveyors, return rollers, agricultural and forestry machinery, or industrial drives with reverse. Thanks to its robustness, reliability and antistatic properties according to ISO 1813, it is also suitable for demanding operating environments with limited space and requirements for a long service life. The minimum diameter of the pulley for which the belt is intended is 224 mm. The inner length of the belt is 2260 mm, the calculated length is 2280 mm and the outer length is 2325 mm.
