Optibelt DK is a special double-sided V-belt designed for power transmission in drives with reverse operation or with external tensioning, where the belt contacts both sides. Thanks to its symmetrical design with a centrally mounted tension member, it ensures even force distribution and high strength under bidirectional loads. The belt is made of a durable rubber compound and equipped with a textile covering that protects against abrasion, dust, oils and temperature fluctuations. The belt design allows for smooth and quiet operation even under high loads and dynamic operation.

Optibelt DK is used in technically demanding applications such as conveyors, return rollers, agricultural and forestry machinery, or industrial drives with reverse operation. Thanks to its robustness, reliability and antistatic properties according to ISO 1813, it is also suitable for demanding operating environments with limited space and requirements for a long service life.

The HBB profile, sometimes also referred to as BB, determines the width of the belt, which is 17 mm. The height of the belt is 13 mm. The number 5000 represents the calculated (center) length in millimeters. The second number in the sequence, 194, is the length in inches and indicates the inner length, which is 4975 mm. The outer length of the belt is 5025 mm. The minimum pulley diameter for which the belt can be used is 125 mm. The belt is manufactured by Optibelt under the trade name DK, with the serial number 1698899.
