The HBB 4750 Lw BB 184" double-sided V-belt from the manufacturer Optibelt, known under the trade name DK, is a hexagonal belt designed for efficient power transmission in drives with reverse operation or in applications with external tensioning, where the belt contacts both sides. The HBB profile, sometimes also referred to as BB, has a width of 17 mm and a height of 13 mm. The calculated (central) length of the belt is 4750 mm, with the inner length being 4725 mm and the outer length reaching 4775 mm.

The belt is made of a durable rubber compound and is equipped with a fabric covering that provides protection against abrasion, dust, oils and temperature fluctuations. Thanks to the symmetrical design with a central location of the tension member, it ensures even force distribution and high strength under bidirectional loads. This design allows the belt to run quietly and smoothly even under high loads and dynamic operating conditions.

Optibelt DK is ideal for technically demanding applications such as conveyors, return rollers, agricultural and forestry machinery or industrial drives with reverse operation. Thanks to its robustness, reliability and antistatic properties according to ISO 1813, it is also suitable for demanding operating environments with limited space and requirements for a long service life. The minimum pulley diameter on which the belt can be mounted is 125 mm.
