Optibelt DK is a special double-sided V-belt designed for power transmission in drives with reverse operation or external tensioning, where the belt contacts both sides. This hexagonal belt with the HBB profile, sometimes also referred to as BB, has a width of 17 mm and a height of 13 mm. The calculated (central) length of the belt is 4500 mm, the inner length is 4475 mm and the outer length is 4525 mm.

The belt design is symmetrical with a central bearing of the tension member, which ensures even force distribution and high strength under bidirectional loads. The belt is made of a durable rubber compound and is equipped with a fabric covering that protects it from abrasion, dust, oils and temperature fluctuations. This design allows the belt to run quietly and smoothly even under high loads and dynamic operating conditions.

Optibelt DK is ideal for technically demanding applications such as conveyors, return rollers, agricultural and forestry machinery or industrial drives with reverse operation. Thanks to its robustness, reliability and antistatic properties according to ISO 1813, it is also suitable for demanding operating environments with limited space and requirements for a long service life.
