Optibelt DK is a special double-sided V-belt designed for power transmission in drives with reverse operation or external tensioning, where the belt contacts both sides. The HBB profile, sometimes also referred to as BB, gives a belt width of 17 mm, while the height is 13 mm. The calculated (central) length of the belt is 4470 mm, the inner length is 4445 mm and the outer length reaches 4495 mm. The minimum diameter of the pulley on which the belt can be mounted is 125 mm.

The belt is made of a durable rubber compound and is equipped with a fabric covering that provides protection against abrasion, dust, oils and temperature fluctuations. Thanks to the symmetrical design with a central tension member, it ensures even force distribution and high strength under bidirectional loads. This design allows the belt to run quietly and smoothly even under high loads and dynamic operating conditions.

Optibelt DK is designed for technically demanding applications such as conveyors, return rollers, agricultural and forestry machinery or industrial drives with reverse. Thanks to its robustness, reliability and antistatic properties according to ISO 1813, it is also suitable for demanding operating environments with limited space and requirements for a long service life.
