The double-sided V-belt HBB 4040 Lw BB 156" from the manufacturer Optibelt, known under the DK series, is specially designed for power transmission in drives with reverse operation or with external tensioning, where the belt contacts both sides. The HBB profile, sometimes also referred to as BB, determines a belt width of 17 mm and a height of 13 mm. The calculated length of the belt is 4040 mm, with an internal length of 4015 mm and an external length of 4065 mm. The minimum diameter of the pulley for which the belt is intended is 125 mm.

This hexagonal belt is equipped with a central tension member, which ensures uniform force distribution and high strength under bidirectional loads. It is made of a durable rubber compound and provided with a fabric covering, which provides protection against abrasion, dust, oils and temperature fluctuations. This design allows the belt quiet and smooth running even under high loads and dynamic operating conditions.
