The double-sided V-belt HBB 3750 Lw BB 145" from the manufacturer Optibelt, known under the trade name DK, is specially designed for power transmission in drives with reverse operation or with external tensioning, where the belt contacts both sides. This hexagonal (hexa) belt has an HBB profile, sometimes also referred to as BB, with a width of 17 mm and a height of 13 mm. The calculated (central) length of the belt is 3750 mm, with an internal length of 3725 mm and an external length of 3775 mm.

The belt is designed with a symmetrical arrangement and a central tension member, which ensures even force distribution and high strength under bidirectional loads. It is made of a durable rubber compound and equipped with a fabric covering that provides protection against abrasion, dust, oils and temperature fluctuations. This design allows the belt quiet and smooth running even under high loads and dynamic operating conditions.

Optibelt DK is ideal for technically demanding applications such as conveyors, return rollers, agricultural and forestry machinery or industrial drives with reverse operation. Thanks to its robustness, reliability and antistatic properties according to ISO 1813, it is also suitable for demanding operating environments with limited space and requirements for a long service life. The minimum pulley diameter on which the belt can be mounted is 125 mm.
