The double-sided V-belt HBB 3550 Lw BB 137" from the manufacturer Optibelt, known under the DK series, is specially designed for power transmission in drives with reverse operation or with external tensioning, where the belt contacts both sides. This hexagonal (hexa) belt has an HBB profile, which is sometimes also referred to as BB, and its width is 17 mm, while the height reaches 13 mm.

The calculated length of the belt is 3550 mm, which corresponds to the center length, while the inner length is 3525 mm and the outer length is 3575 mm. The belt is designed with a symmetrical bearing of the tension member, which ensures even force distribution and high strength under bidirectional loading. The minimum diameter of the pulley on which the belt can be placed is 125 mm.

The belt is made of a durable rubber compound and is equipped with fabric covering, which provides protection against abrasion, dust, oils and temperature fluctuations. This design allows the belt to run quietly and smoothly even under high loads and dynamic operating conditions.
