Optibelt DK is a special double-sided V-belt designed for power transmission in drives with reverse operation or external tensioning, where the belt contacts both sides. Thanks to its symmetrical design with a centrally located tension member, it ensures even force distribution and high strength under bidirectional loads. The belt is made of a durable rubber compound and equipped with a textile covering that protects against abrasion, dust, oils and temperature fluctuations. The belt design allows for quiet and smooth operation even under high loads and dynamic operating conditions.

The HBB profile, sometimes also referred to as BB, indicates a belt width of 17 mm and a belt height of 13 mm. The calculated (center) length of the belt is 3500 mm, with an inner length of 3475 mm and an outer length of 3525 mm. The minimum pulley diameter on which the belt can be fitted is 125 mm. The product is marked with the number 1784967 and is manufactured by the renowned company Optibelt.

Optibelt DK is used in technically demanding applications such as conveyors, return rollers, agricultural and forestry machinery or industrial reversing drives.
