The HBB 3325 Lw BB 128" double-sided V-belt from Optibelt, also known as a hexagonal belt, is designed for applications requiring power transmission in drives with reverse operation or with external tensioning. This belt is designed to be capable of contact from both sides, which is made possible by its symmetrical design with a central bearing of the tension member. This design ensures uniform force distribution and high strength under bidirectional loads.

The belt has an HBB profile, sometimes also referred to as BB, with a width of 17 mm and a height of 13 mm. The calculated (central) length of the belt is 3325 mm, while the inner length is 3300 mm and the outer length is 3350 mm. These parameters are important for the correct dimensioning and application of the belt in various mechanisms. The minimum diameter of the pulley on which the belt can be mounted is 125 mm.

The belt's material composition includes a durable rubber compound and a fabric covering that provides protection against abrasion, dust, oils and temperature fluctuations. This design allows the belt to achieve quiet and smooth operation even under high loads and dynamic operating conditions.
