The HBB 3280 Lw BB 126" double-sided V-belt from Optibelt, also known as a hexagonal belt, is designed for applications requiring power transmission in drives with reverse operation or with external tensioning. This type of belt is characterized by its symmetrical design and central location of the tension member, which guarantees even force distribution and high strength under bidirectional loads.

The belt width is 17 mm and the height is 13 mm, while the HBB or BB profile indicates these dimensions. The calculated (central) length of the belt is 3280 mm, the inner length is 3255 mm and the outer length reaches 3305 mm. The minimum diameter of the pulley on which the belt can be mounted is 125 mm.

The belt is made of a durable rubber compound and is equipped with a fabric covering that provides protection against wear, dust, oils and temperature fluctuations. This design allows for quiet and stable operation even under high loads and dynamic operating conditions.
