The double-sided V-belt HBB 3250 Lw BB 125" from the manufacturer Optibelt is specially designed for power transmission in drives with reverse operation or with external tensioning, where the belt contacts both sides. This hexagonal (hexa) belt has an HBB profile, also known as BB, with a width of 17 mm and a height of 13 mm. The calculated (central) length of the belt is 3250 mm, with an inner length of 3225 mm and an outer length of 3275 mm.

The belt is made of a durable rubber compound and is equipped with a fabric covering that provides protection against abrasion, dust, oils and temperature fluctuations. The symmetrical design with a centrally located tension member ensures even force distribution and high strength under double-sided loads. This design allows the belt to run quietly and smoothly even under high loads and dynamic operating mode.
