Optibelt DK is a special double-sided V-belt designed for power transmission in drives with reverse operation or external tensioning, where the belt contacts both sides. Thanks to its symmetrical design with a centrally located tension member, it ensures even force distribution and high strength under bidirectional loads. The belt is made of a durable rubber compound and equipped with a textile covering that protects against abrasion, dust, oils and temperature fluctuations. The belt design allows for smooth and quiet operation even under high loads and dynamic operating conditions.

The HBB profile, sometimes also referred to as BB, determines the belt width, which is 17 mm, and the belt height, which is 13 mm. The calculated (center) length of the belt is 3030 mm, with the inner length being 3005 mm and the outer length being 3055 mm. The belt is capable of operating on a minimum diameter of 125 mm. Optibelt DK is used in technically demanding applications such as conveyors, return rollers, agricultural and forestry machinery, or industrial reversing drives. Thanks to its robustness, reliability and antistatic properties according to ISO 1813, it is also suitable for demanding operating environments with limited space and requirements for a long service life.
