Double-sided V-belt HBB 2850 Lw BB 109" optibelt DK is a hexagonal belt designed for power transmission in drives with reverse operation or with external tensioning, where the belt contacts both sides. The HBB profile, sometimes also referred to as BB, indicates a belt width of 17 mm, while its height is 13 mm. The calculated (central) length of the belt is 2850 mm, while the inner length is 2825 mm and the outer length is 2875 mm. Sometimes the number may be partially distorted or rounded.

The belt is made of a durable rubber compound and is equipped with a fabric covering that provides protection against abrasion, dust, oils and temperature fluctuations. The symmetrical design with a central bearing of the tension member ensures uniform force distribution and high strength under bidirectional loads. This design allows the belt to run smoothly and quiet operation even under high loads and dynamic operating conditions.
