The double-sided V-belt HBB 2740 Lw BB 105" from the manufacturer Optibelt, known under the trade name DK, is specially designed for power transmission in drives with reverse operation or with external tensioning, where the belt contacts both sides. This hexagonal (hexa) belt has an HBB profile, sometimes also referred to as BB, which determines a belt width of 17 mm and a height of 13 mm. The calculated (central) length of the belt is 2740 mm, with an inner length of 2715 mm and an outer length of 2765 mm.

The belt is made of a durable rubber compound and is equipped with a fabric covering that provides protection against abrasion, dust, oil and temperature fluctuations. The symmetrical design with a central bearing of the tension member ensures even force distribution and high strength under bidirectional loads. This design allows for quiet and smooth operation even with high loads and dynamic operating conditions.
