Optibelt DK is a special double-sided V-belt designed for power transmission in drives with reverse operation or with external tensioning, where the belt contacts both sides. Thanks to its symmetrical design with a centrally located tension member, it ensures even force distribution and high strength under bidirectional loads. The belt is made of a durable rubber compound and equipped with a textile covering that protects against abrasion, dust, oils and temperature fluctuations. The belt design allows for smooth and quiet operation even under high loads and dynamic operating conditions.

This belt has an HBB profile, sometimes also referred to as BB, with a width of 17 mm and a height of 13 mm. The calculated (center) length of the belt is 2600 mm, with an inner length of 2575 mm and an outer length of 2625 mm. The minimum pulley diameter on which the belt can be mounted is 125 mm.

Optibelt DK is used in technically demanding applications such as conveyors, return rollers, agricultural and forestry machinery, or industrial reversing drives. Thanks to its robustness, reliability and antistatic properties according to ISO 1813, it is also suitable for demanding operating environments with limited space and requirements for a long service life.
