The HBB 2540 Lw BB 97" double-sided V-belt from Optibelt is specially designed for applications where power transmission is required in drives with reverse operation or with external tension. This hexagonal belt, also known as BB, has an HBB profile, which determines a belt width of 17 mm and a height of 13 mm. The calculated (central) length of the belt is 2540 mm, with an inner length of 2515 mm and an outer length of 2565 mm. These parameters ensure precise adjustment in various mechanisms.

The belt is designed with a symmetrical arrangement, with the central tension member ensuring even force distribution and high strength under double-sided loading.
