Optibelt DK is a special double-sided V-belt designed for power transmission in drives with reverse operation or external tensioning, where the belt contacts both sides. This belt has an HBB profile, sometimes also referred to as BB, with a width of 17 mm and a height of 13 mm. Thanks to its symmetrical design with a central tension member, it ensures even force distribution and high strength under bidirectional loads. The calculated (central) length of the belt is 2180 mm, with an inner length of 2155 mm and an outer length of 2205 mm.

The belt is made of a durable rubber compound and is equipped with a fabric covering that provides protection against abrasion, dust, oils and temperature fluctuations. This design allows the belt to run quietly and smoothly even under high loads and dynamic operating conditions. The minimum pulley diameter for this belt is 125 mm, which is important to ensure its proper function and service life.
