Optibelt DK is a special double-sided V-belt designed for power transmission in drives with reverse operation or external tensioning, where the belt contacts both sides. The HAA profile, sometimes also referred to as AA, determines a belt width of 13 mm, while its height is 10 mm. The calculated (central) length of the belt is 3920 mm, while the inner length is 3871 mm, which corresponds to 152 inches. The belt is made of a durable rubber compound and is equipped with a fabric covering that provides protection against abrasion, dust, oils and temperature fluctuations.

Thanks to the symmetrical design with a central bearing of the tension member, it ensures even force distribution and high strength under bidirectional loads. This design allows the belt to run smoothly and quietly even under high loads and dynamic operating conditions. The minimum pulley diameter for this belt is 80 mm, which is an important parameter when designing a drive system.

Optibelt DK is used in technically demanding applications such as conveyors, return rollers, agricultural and forestry machinery, or industrial reversing drives.
