Optibelt DK is a special double-sided V-belt designed for power transmission in drives with reverse operation or with external tensioning, where the belt contacts both sides. This belt is characterized by its symmetrical design with a central bearing of the tension member, which ensures even force distribution and high strength under bidirectional loads. The belt is made of a durable rubber compound and equipped with a textile covering that provides protection against abrasion, dust, oils and temperature fluctuations.

The belt design allows for quiet and smooth operation even under high loads and dynamic operating conditions. It is used in technically demanding applications such as conveyors, return rollers, agricultural and forestry machinery, or industrial drives with reverse operation. Thanks to its robustness, reliability and antistatic properties according to ISO 1813, it is also suitable for demanding operating environments with limited space and requirements for a long service life.

The HAA profile, sometimes also referred to as AA, determines the belt width, which is 13 mm, while the belt height is 10 mm. The calculated (central) length of the belt is 3300 mm, while the internal length is 3251 mm. The belt is marked as AA 128, which corresponds to the length in inches. The minimum pulley diameter on which the belt can be used is 80 mm. The product is manufactured by Optibelt under the trade name DK and is suitable for use in applications where high reliability and resistance to harsh conditions are required.
