Optibelt DK is a special double-sided V-belt designed for power transmission in drives with reverse operation or external tensioning, where the belt contacts both sides. It is characterized by a symmetrical design with a central bearing of the tension member, which ensures even force distribution and high strength under bidirectional loads. The belt is made of a durable rubber compound and equipped with a fabric covering that provides protection against abrasion, dust, oils and temperature fluctuations. This design allows for quiet and smooth operation even under high loads and dynamic operating conditions.

The HAA profile, sometimes also referred to as AA, determines the belt width, which is 13 mm, and the height is 10 mm. The calculated (center) length of the belt is 2650 mm, while the inner length is 2601 mm, which corresponds to 102 inches. The minimum pulley diameter on which the belt can be fitted is 80 mm. The belt is manufactured under the trade name DK by Optibelt and bears the manufacturer number 1699436.

Optibelt DK is suitable for technically demanding applications such as conveyors, return rollers, agricultural and forestry machinery or industrial drives with reverse. Thanks to its robustness, reliability and antistatic properties according to ISO 1813, it is also ideal for demanding operating environments with limited space and requirements for a long service life.
