Optibelt DK is a special double-sided V-belt designed for power transmission in drives with reverse operation or external tensioning, where the belt contacts both sides. This belt is characterized by the HAA profile, sometimes also referred to as AA, with a width of 13 mm and a height of 10 mm. The calculated belt length is 2370 mm, while the internal length is 2321 mm. The belt is made of a durable rubber compound and is equipped with a fabric covering that provides protection against abrasion, dust, oils and temperature fluctuations.The symmetrical design with a central tension member ensures uniform force distribution and high strength under bidirectional loads. This design allows the belt to run smoothly and quietly even under high loads and dynamic operating conditions. The minimum diameter of the pulley on which the belt can be mounted is 80 mm.
Optibelt DK is used in technically demanding applications such as conveyors, return rollers, agricultural and forestry machinery or industrial reversing drives. Thanks to its robustness, reliability and antistatic properties according to ISO 1813, it is also suitable for demanding operating environments with limited space and requirements for a long service life.
