Optibelt DK is a special double-sided V-belt designed for power transmission in drives with reverse operation or external tensioning, where the belt contacts both sides. It is characterized by a symmetrical design with a central bearing of the tension member, which ensures even force distribution and high strength under bidirectional loads. The belt is made of a durable rubber compound and is equipped with a textile covering that provides protection against abrasion, dust, oils and temperature fluctuations. This design allows for smooth and quiet operation even under high loads and dynamic operating conditions.

The HAA profile, sometimes also referred to as AA, defines the belt width at 13 mm and the height at 10 mm. The calculated (center) length of the belt is 2000 mm, while the inner length is 1951 mm. The belt is marked as AA 77, which corresponds to the length in inches. The minimum pulley diameter on which the belt can be fitted is 80 mm. The serial number of this model is 1600675.

Optibelt DK is used in technically demanding applications such as conveyors, return rollers, agricultural and forestry machinery or industrial reversing drives.
