Delivery and payment options

We do everything we can to ensure your package arrives as quickly and smoothly as possible.
If the goods are in stock, we usually dispatch them on the same day as the order is placed, or by the next working day at the latest.
Delivery usually takes between 1 to 3 working days from the moment the parcel is handed over to the carrier.

When should I order to ensure same-day dispatch?

We recommend placing your order by 2:00 PM to ensure it can be handed over to the carrier on the same day.
Parcels can be easily redirected to a pickup point of the selected carrier.

Delivery time after dispatch

Typically, parcels are delivered on the next working day after shipment.

How is my order shipped?

Once your order is packed, we hand it over to the carrier who transports it to their sorting hub.
The carrier registers the parcel and sends you an email with the tracking number and an estimated delivery date.
On the next working day, the parcel is prepared for delivery, and the courier will contact you in advance to confirm the delivery time.

What if my order is late?

If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, we recommend checking its status using the tracking number sent to your email.
If the tracking shows no update or the delay is unusual, please contact us — we’ll check the situation with the carrier.

How can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by email or phone — ideally before the order is shipped.
If the order has already been dispatched, you can refuse the parcel upon delivery or exercise your legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt.

What if the goods arrive damaged or incomplete?

If the shipment is damaged during transit or any items are missing or faulty, please take clear photos of the packaging, damage, and contents.
Then contact us as soon as possible — we’ll work together to find a suitable solution such as replacement, refund, or other compensation.

Delivery Options

If a product is in stock (clearly shown on each product page), we usually ship the same day or the next working day after your order.
To qualify for same-day dispatch, the following conditions must be met:

  • the item must not have oversized dimensions,

  • the order must be placed by 2:00 PM,

  • and the order should contain no more than five items.
    We always aim for fast dispatch.

  • Parcels can usually be redirected to a pickup point.

  • Estimated delivery time after dispatch varies by country, typically 1 to 7 working days.

  • All prices are listed including VAT in EUR, and may vary based on the parcel’s weight.

  • Credit/debit card payment – Free of charge

  • Cash on delivery (available only in selected countries) – CZK 29.75
    (Payable by cash or card to the courier or at the pickup point)

  • Bank transfer – prepayment – Free of charge

  • Bank transfer – post-delivery (for contract partners only) – Free of charge
