Product detailed description

The DIN 7991 M3x8 Allen countersunk screw is made of A2 grade stainless steel, which ensures high corrosion resistance and long service life even in harsh environments. This screw is designed according to DIN 7991, which is equivalent to ISO 10642 and ČSN 021144, which ensures its compatibility and standardization within international applications.

The screw has a metric thread with a diameter of M3 and a length of 8 mm. The thread pitch is 0.50 mm, which is standard for this diameter, and ensures a strong and reliable connection. The screw head is countersunk with an internal hexagon, which allows it to be embedded in the material and create a flat surface of the joint. This design is ideal for applications where a smooth surface is required, such as metal and structural joints.

The head height is 1.2 mm and the head diameter (dk) is 6 mm, with a countersunk head angle of 90°. The width of the internal hexagon is 2 mm, which is suitable for use with common Allen keys. The height k is 1.86 mm, which is an important parameter for correct countersunk of the head into the material. The screw has no surface treatment, which is typical of stainless steel materials, which in themselves provide sufficient protection against corrosion.

This screw is suitable for a wide range of applications, especially where aesthetics and functionality of the connection are important. It is ideal for use indoors and outdoors, where high resistance to weathering is required.
