The Optibelt TB Taper Bush, designated 1615-40, is designed for an efficient and flexible connection between shaft and hub. The tapered connection ensures precise centering and high joint strength, while allowing easy assembly and disassembly. This system is ideal for industrial transmissions where quick and easy component replacement is required.

The bush has a bore diameter of 40 mm and a width of 38.1 mm, with a tightening torque of 20 Nm. It is made of high-quality EN-GJL-200 grey cast iron, which is known for its strength and durability. This material, previously designated GG-20, guarantees long service life and reliability in demanding conditions.

The Optibelt TB bush is supplied fully machined, including metric or inch bores and a keyway according to DIN 6885/1 or BS46. Mounting screws are included, making installation easier. The design allows for a short installation length and effective axial fixation thanks to the conical clamping principle. This principle allows the transmission of smaller torques even without the use of a classic key, which increases flexibility of use.

Optibelt TB is a universal solution for fastening pulleys, gears or couplings. It is suitable for new designs as well as for modernization and replacement in existing drives.
