The 1210 16 optibelt TB clamping bush is a specific Taper Bush component designed for an efficient and flexible shaft-hub connection. This system uses a conical connection that ensures precise centering and high connection strength, which is crucial for industrial applications where reliable assembly and disassembly are required. Thanks to internationally standardized dimensions, it is possible to easily change the bore diameters without the need for modifications to the pulleys or other components.

The bush has a bore diameter of 16 mm and a width of 25.4 mm, while the tightening torque is set at 20 Nm. It is made of high-quality gray cast iron EN-GJL-200, which is known for its good wear resistance and vibration damping. This material, previously known as GG-20, provides a reliable base for applications where high mechanical strength is required.

The Optibelt TB housing is supplied fully machined, including metric or inch bores and a keyway according to DIN 6885/1 or BS46. Mounting screws are also included.
