Ceresit TS 70 MEGA PRO

Ceresit TS 70 MEGA PRO is a one-component polyurethane foam that cures by absorbing moisture from the air. This product is ideal for installing window and door frames, filling cavities, sealing holes in roof structures and creating soundproof walls. The special cap allows application with a gun, which ensures precise dosing and minimal waste. fill spaces

Before curing, the foam has a viscous consistency and after curing it reaches high tensile and compressive strength, which ensures long-term stability and resistance.

Application:

It is recommended to use an application gun for precise dosing and to minimize waste.

Instructions for use:

1. Make sure that the surfaces are clean and dust-free. The surfaces can be damp, but not icy.

2. Keep the product container at room temperature for at least 12 hours before application.

3. Remove the plastic cap and screw the container onto the gun.

4. Shake the container thoroughly for about 15 seconds.

5. Apply the foam at temperatures above +5 °C.

6. After application, the foam increases in volume and becomes non-sticky after 9 minutes.

7. Total curing time is maximum 24 hours.

Packaging:

Available in 870 ml container.

Storage:

Store vertically in a dry environment at temperatures from +5 °C to +25 °C. Do not store at temperatures higher than +50 °C. Shelf life is 18 months from the date of production.
