Ceresit TS 67 WINDOW/FLEX

Ceresit TS 67 WINDOW/FLEX is a single-component gun polyurethane foam designed for professional installation of window and door frames, bonding of window sills and thresholds, creating soundproofing screens in insulating materials. Thanks to its excellent insulating properties and expansion, it is ideal for a wide range of applications in the construction industry. dB

Application:

Ceresit TS 67 WINDOW / FLEX is ideal for installing window and door frames, gluing window sills and thresholds, creating soundproofing screens, sealing holes in roof structures and insulating. The foam can be applied to plasters and coatings without using a primer.

Typical properties:

Before hardening, the foam has a viscous consistency, after hardening it achieves high elasticity and strength. The hardened foam is resistant to temperature fluctuations and provides excellent thermal and acoustic insulation.

Use for application:

For optimal application, we recommend using an application gun. Foam from the gun and contaminated surfaces can be removed using Ceresit TS 100 cleaner.

Yield:

Foam yield is up to 45 liters depending on temperature.

Instructions for use:

1. Store the foam at least 12 hours before use at room temperature.

2. Shake the contents of the container for at least 15 seconds.

3. Remove the plastic cap and screw the container tightly onto the gun.

4. Keep the container upside down when working.

5. Apply the foam in layers, the maximum layer thickness is 40 mm.

6. After application, clean the gun with Ceresit TS 100 cleaner.

Storage:

Store up to 18 months at temperatures from -5 °C to +25 °C in a vertical position and in a dry environment. Do not store at temperatures above 50 °C.
