Ceresit TS 62 PRO

Ceresit TS 62 PRO is a single-component, gun-type polyurethane foam that cures with atmospheric moisture. This product is ideal for installing window and door frames, filling cavities, sealing holes in roof structures and insulation materials, creating soundproof walls, filling gaps around pipes, fixing and insulating wall panels and roof tiles.

Before hardening, the foam is a viscous mixture, which after application turns into a solid structure with excellent adhesion and insulating properties.

Use for application:

The use of an application gun is recommended for precise and efficient foam application.

Yield:

Up to 45 liters of hardened foam can be obtained from one can, depending on in working conditions.

Instructions for use:

1. Make sure that the surfaces are clean and free of dust. Moistening the substrate will improve adhesion.

2. Store the foam at least 12 hours before use at room temperature.

3. Shake the can thoroughly for at least 15 seconds.

4. Remove the plastic cap and screw the can onto the application gun.

5. Hold the can upside down during application.

6. After application, allow the foam to harden, which takes a maximum of 24 hours.

7. Fresh foam can be removed with Ceresit TS100 cleaner, hardened foam only mechanically. water vapor permeability according to EN 12086

Available in 750 ml container.

Storage:

Store within 18 months from date of production at temperatures between +5 °C and +25 °C. Do not store at temperatures above +50 °C.
