Product detailed description

Ceresit TS 61 Winter

Ceresit TS 61 Winter is a one-component, tubular polyurethane foam that cures with atmospheric moisture. This product is specially designed for use in winter conditions, when temperatures drop to -10 °C. It is ideal for installing window and door frames, filling cavities, sealing holes in roof structures and insulation materials, creating soundproof walls, filling gaps around pipes and fixing and insulating wall panels and roof tiles. The foam is self-expanding and adheres perfectly to various materials such as wood, concrete, stone and metal. aging

  • Application:

Ceresit TS 61 Winter is ideal for use in winter conditions where fast and effective sealing and insulation is required. Typical applications include the installation of window and door frames, filling cavities, sealing openings in roof structures, creating soundproof walls and fixing wall panels. The cured foam has high tensile and compressive strength, low thermal conductivity and is resistant to moisture and aging.

    Use for application:

For optimal application, it is recommended to use a tube that screws onto the can. Apply the foam while holding the can upside down.

    Yield:

One can can yield 25 to 45 liters of cured foam, depending on the working conditions, especially temperature, air humidity and available space for expansion.

. Store the foam at room temperature for at least 12 hours before use.

    2. Shake the can thoroughly for at least 15 seconds before use.

    3. Remove the plastic cap and screw the tube tightly onto the can.

    4. Always hold the can upside down when applying.

    5. Apply the foam into the joint, where it will increase its volume by approximately 2 to 2.5 times.

    6. If the application is interrupted for a period longer than 15 to 30 minutes, clean the nozzle and valve.

    7. Remove fresh foam using Ceresit TS 100 cleaning agent; hardened foam can only be removed mechanically.

    Standards and certifications:

The product contains isocyanates and is harmless to health after hardening. It meets safety standards for handling pressure vessels.

    Packaging:

Available in a 750 ml container.

    Storage:

Store within 15 months from the date of production at temperatures from +5 °C to +25 °C in a vertical position. Do not store at temperatures above +50 °C.
