Ceresit CP 27 Aquablock Repair

Ceresit CP 27 Aquablock Repair is a multipurpose, odorless silicone sealant designed for repair and sealing work in both interior and exterior applications. This product is ideal for repairing smaller joints, defects and cracks in the area of roofing, gutters, walls, waste, water drains and building details such as skylights, roof windows and dormers, hatches, details on balconies and terraces. It is also suitable for damp substrates and old silicone residues. The product is environmentally friendly and water-soluble before hardening. The final adhesive strength and elasticity are achieved after 3-4 weeks. exterior

Ceresit CP 27 Aquablock Repair is ideal for use in areas where smaller joints and cracks need to be repaired, such as roofing, gutters, walls, waste, water drains and building details. It is also suitable for bituminous substrates, which must be pre-treated with Ceresit CP 29 Aquablock penetration. Before hardening, the product is soluble in water and after hardening it achieves high elasticity and adhesive strength. It adheres to almost all building materials.

It is recommended to use a smoothing tool that must be immersed in clean water to achieve an optimal result.

The substrate must be solid, clean, free of substances affecting adhesion, such as grease, resins and dust. It may also be slightly damp. Treat bituminous substrates with Ceresit CP 29 Aquablock Primer. Apply the sealant to the substrate and smooth the surface before the so-called "skin" begins to form on it (approx. 10 minutes). Use in well-ventilated areas. Repairs are easy as long as the sealant is still fresh. Clean tools with water immediately after use.
