Alkaprén® 25 Plus is a toluene-free contact adhesive designed for bonding materials with non-absorbent surfaces (e.g. rubber to rubber, metals, glass, etc.).

Instructions for use:
Alkaprén® 25 Plus is applied to each material only once, either with a spatula, spray gun or brush. Before application, the adhesive must be thoroughly mixed. A thin layer of adhesive is applied to each clean, degreased material (smooth surfaces are recommended to be roughened), allowed to dry and then both surfaces are glued. It is recommended to load or press the glued joint. The glued joint can be mechanically stressed for up to 24 hours after gluing. The optimal conditions for gluing are at a temperature of 20°C. Undercooled adhesive creates a joint with significantly lower strength. Gelling may occur at a temperature below 5°C. In this state, the adhesive is unusable. The original consistency is obtained by gradually tempering it in the room at a temperature of approximately 25°C. During tempering, the adhesive must be mixed several times. After tempering, the adhesive has its original physical and mechanical properties. Do not temper it with direct heating! At temperatures below 0°C, the adhesive coagulates irreversibly and its adhesive properties cannot be revived.
Cleaning:
Tools are cleaned with Alkaprén® ZAL thinner. If the skin is contaminated, use an abrasive paste, e.g. SOLVIT,

Storage:
Alkaprén® 25 Plus is stored in its original packaging in areas designated for the storage of flammable substances, which comply with the provisions of ČSN 65 0201. The room temperature can range from +5 to +20 C.
